Building Excellence in Oldsmar
New construction of a multi-bay flex space featuring 6,000+ sq. ft. of leasable area. The scope encompassed site development and foundation work, structural framing, installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, exterior facade development, and interior finishes adaptable for retail or office uses.
Quality work for the U.S. Government
Contracted by MacDill Airforce base for the conversion of their mechanical repair facility into a physical therapy clinic. J.J. Sosa successfully executed the build out of these facilities on time and within budget. The scope included structural and non-structural framing, MEP installation, insulation, drywall, and level 5 finish of the drywall partitions and suspended ceilings.
Clearing the path for the future
Interior demolition of a 22,000 sq. ft. T-Mobile Data Center, including the structural demolition of a 12,000 sq. ft. mezzanine. Our team coordinated all phases of work, maintaining strict safety and operational standards throughout. The project showcased our ability to execute large-scale demolition within complex, high-security environments.
